Brett joined Robert West in 2003 with a wide range of electrical engineering and project management skills gained through experience in the railway, commercial building and residential sectors.
He is currently seconded to Tube Lines where he manages a team of 6 electrical engineers, 2 electrical site inspectors and 2 electrical design draftsmen working on the £350M Connect Enabling Project. The objective of the project is to install a new integrated communications system that will provide improved levels of communication throughout the Underground network, leading to improved train services.
Initially working on the Piccadilly Line Brett's team undertook a review of the stations existing electrical infrastructure and designed additional electrical equipment to accommodate Connect equipment.
